What are your courier options.

    Blackrose offers tracked overnight courier New Zealand wide for all orders and various options are available for international shipping.

    Do you charge extra for rural deliveries?

    Not at all ,Blackrose supports the rural people of New Zealand by not charging hefty rural delivery fee's.

      I need my items tomorrow, is this possible?

      Yes it is! Orders that are are placed & paid for before 11.30 am are  dispatched the same day so if you get your order in before 11.30am  & you are not a rural delivery address you can receive your order as quickly as the next working day! This does not apply to PRE ORDER Products.

       I received my order & it is damaged. What do I do?

      If you have received a faulty or broken item I am terribly sorry! Please do not submit it through the returns process, but instead email me directly at: contact@blackrose.nz  with detailed photos of the item so I can arrange a solution for you right away!

       Do you ship Worldwide?

      Yes! Blackrose does ship to selected countries around the world. We use New Zealand Post for this service.

      How are orders sent?

      New Zealand  orders are sent through Courier post and are 100% trackable.If you have specific instructions for the delivery driver, please make sure you let me know in the comments of your order.

      Can I cancel or change my order?

      You can make changes after your order is placed, but Blackrose aims to pack & dispatch your order as fast as possible, so I do suggest contacting me ASAP with order changes. I will do my best to change your order, but sometimes it may be too late if the order has already left . Please call or email me your changes and I will see what can be done!

      Will my order be packaged safely?

      Yes! Blackrose takes extra time and care to make sure all parcels are sent with appropriate packaging to keep them safe. If your item  has been broken during transit please contact me at contact@blackrose.nz  with a photo of the item and we will get this sorted for you right away.

       I have a Voucher but I can’t see where to use it, help!

      During checkout there is a field called 'Gift Card or Discount Code'. Simply copy your code into this field and click APPLY & the voucher amount will be deducted from the total.

      How does the Preorder System work?

      Some items on the website are marked as PREORDER. These items are not  currently in stock and are instead either already on order and on thier way from the supplier ( This will show as a delivery within ten days) on the page OR  It is an item I can obtain for you but do not carry in stock, I will order this for you as soon as I recieve your order ,I will then dispatch your order in full as soon as the item/s arrive. Delivery times are listed on the product order button for these items, normally two weeks time.
